A message dated March 24, 1993, was read stating the Governor has              
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 114 (efd add)                                                  
"An Act allowing the Board of Nursing to authorize an advanced                
nurse practitioner to dispense medical, therapeutic, and corrective
